Ultraviolet Laser Diode Module
LITTLE ROCK, Ark., March 29 -- Power Technology Inc. has introduced a higher power ultraviolet (UV), instrument-quality (IQ) laser diode module. At 375nm, the module yields up to 8 mW of UV output. The unit features a PID temperature controller and precision current source that make it ideal for any number of applications requiring stability of wavelength and output power.
   The IQ is designed especially for high-end OEM instrumentation and analytical applications, such as laser-induced fluorescence, spectroscopy, interferometry, high-resolution printing, microscopy and biomedical analysis. The unit features an adjustable focus, quality glass optics and optional beam-expanding optics and is available with a circularized beam or with standard elliptical output. In addition, it is available with CW or modulated output.
