Request InfoSensoray Co. Inc.Sensoray has released the model 2411 still-image video server, a stack of PC/104+ boards that are programmed to capture single frames from composite sources such as radar, ultrasonic sources and video cameras. Either a software command or an external switch can trigger frame capture, and stored images can be compressed by a jpeg function before they are downloaded via the Ethernet port and/or stored in internal memory. Typical compression factors are 20:1. The system is programmed with an FTP server to facilitate image transfer to a remote computer and to download custom application programs.See full productRelated content from Photonics MediaPRODUCTSPhotonics Spectra July 2023 IssueLong-range LidarThe Vista®-X90 Plus lidar from Cepton Inc. is designed to industrialize automotive series production with high performance, power efficiency, and software definability in a compact package. ...Photonics Spectra October 2022 IssueAmbient Light and Proximity SensorThe TCS3720 ambient light (ALS) and proximity sensor from ams-OSRAM GmbH provides accurate color and illuminance measurements and reliable proximity detection even when operating behind the...BioPhotonics May/Jun 2023 IssueBandpass FiltersThe ADVANTECH™ hard coat bandpass filters from Andover Corp. offer steep slopes, high light transmission, durability, and long life for demanding applications.
