Request InfoWolfspeed Inc.The XLamp3 7090 high-power LEDs have been unveiled by Cree Inc. in a full range of colors. The white version of the 3-W, 700 mA devices produces average luminous flux of 85 lm and maximum of more than 90. Other color choices are royal blue, blue, cyan, green, amber, red-orange and red. Measuring 7 × 9 mm, the standard surface-mount devices can be reflow-soldered for automated production assembly. The LEDs have an electrically neutral thermal path and produce electrostatic discharge of >2000 V. They are RoHS-compliant and lead-free.See full productRelated content from Photonics MediaPRODUCTSPhotonics.com 3/31/2023High-power LEDsJ Series® 5050C E-Class LEDs from Cree LED Inc. feature long lifetimes for directional lighting applications.
