Request InfoNeolight Technologies LLCNeolight Labs LLC has launched the UNL1000, an ultranarrow-linewidth power amplifier with 1000 W of peak power and efficient amplification at <1 kHz. The instrument, which operates over the L-band, incorporates proprietary dual-clad erbium fiber that achieves a low-stimulated-Brillouin-scattering threshold in excess of 2000 W/m. The company says that the amplifier will improve the performance parameters of lidar systems by providing fast temporal resolution, high power per bandwidth and high efficiency for fiber-based systems.See full productRelated content from Photonics MediaPRODUCTSPhotonics.com 9/7/2023Fiber Laser Engraving MachineThe Monport GI Master Oscillator Power Amplifier (MOPA) fiber laser engraving machine from Monport Laser features a lightweight and portable design with a 90° rotating vertical arm.
