A narrow linewidth and mode-hop-free diode laser is essential for many applications.  Micro Laser Systems offers free space (Lepton IV series) and fiber-coupled (Fermion series) versions of these lasers from 730 to 1600 nm. These lasers have ~2 MHz linewidth, are extremely stable and have output powers up to 115 mW. Output beam in either case is diffraction limited with wavefront error <1/10 wave. Various beam sizes and options are available.
