Request InfoBruker AXS Inc.Bruker AXS Inc. and Incoatec GmbH have launched a superspeed x-ray source/detector combination to enhance Bruker’s crystallographic product line. The Bruker superspeed instruments are powered by Incoatec’s IμS x-ray microfocus source, a high-brilliance sealed-tube x-ray generator for crystallography and x-ray diffraction applications. It comprises a 30-W microfocused sealed tube and Quazar multilayer x-ray optics for 2-D beam shaping. It has no moving parts and is air-cooled, with no water-cooling requirements. It has been integrated into the Bruker D8 Discover and Nanostar instruments.See full productRelated content from Photonics MediaPRODUCTSPhotonics.com 5/25/2022Anti-abrasion Glass CoatingPRO-HC-VIS1 anti-abrasion clear glass coatings from Abrisa Technologies can be applied to a wide range of glass substrates.
