Request InfoDeep-Cooled InGaAs Camera/DetectorsBaySpec Inc.FREMONT, Calif., Oct. 5, 2009 – BaySpec Inc. has unveiled the Nunavut InGaAs camera/detector line that enables low-light spectroscopy in the near-infrared region. Optimal cooling of the detector arrays allows for improved low-light spectral measurements and results in a better than 250× improvement in the signal-to-noise performance. The devices are available in 900 to 1700-nm, 1100 to 2200-nm and 1250 to 2500-nm linear array configurations. They perform real-time spectral data acquisition and offer long-lifetime operation. The hermetic vacuum sealing ensures reliable operation in harsh environments.
