Request InfoAUREA TechnologyBESANCON, France, Dec. 4, 2014 — Aurea Technology has announced a new near-infrared single-photon-counting OEM module for analytical and quantum technologies applications. The SPD_NIR_OEM_120MHz detects wavelengths from 900 to 1700 nm. It features a Geiger-mode InGaAs single-photon avalanche diode (SPAD) and newly enhanced embedded electronics. The device provides gated-mode operation up to 120 MHz trigger rate with timing resolution of <150 ps. It performs very-low-noise DCR <5.000 counts per second and touts high photon-detection efficiency up to 30 percent.See full productRelated content from Photonics MediaPRODUCTSPhotonics.com 5/5/2023SWIR Line Scan SensorThe NSC1801 line scan SWIR sensor from New Imaging Technologies (NIT) offers users applications in semiconductor and photovoltaic cell inspection, vegetable inspection, and pharmaceutical inspection....Photonics Spectra October 2022 IssueAmbient Light and Proximity SensorThe TCS3720 ambient light (ALS) and proximity sensor from ams-OSRAM GmbH provides accurate color and illuminance measurements and reliable proximity detection even when operating behind the...Vision Spectra Winter 2022 IssueLine-Scan SystemChromasens GmbH has launched a machine vision system that detects cosmetic defects on silicon semiconductor wafers.
