Fluorescence detection
Hamamatsu CorporationRequest Info
The H9797 series fluorescence detection assemblies
from Hamamatsu Corp. enables simultaneous detection of multiple wavelengths for
design into cell sorters, microtiter plate readers, gene scanners, laser scanning
microscopes and flow cytometers. The reflection transfer-type devices use two reflective
dichroic mirrors to generate eight wavelength channels and have a high signal-to-noise
ratio in the NIR. The transmission-type models have compact optics and deliver four-channel
detection. All models have the H9530 photomultiplier, with a spectral response of
300 to 920 nm and a gain of 3 x 106. Beam size is 1.5 mm, and filters can range
from 380 to 920 nm with a 10-nm FWHM minimum.
