The SFC from RAYLASE is a scan-field calibrator made for additive manufacturing machines that measures the entirety of the scan field automatically and creates optimized correction files for the deflection unit in the x, y, and z directions. The calibrator has an average correction accuracy of ±15 μm and utilizes a multifield option that allows for the calibration of several additive manufacturing modules at once in a single measurement process. The SFC also features the ability to scan field sizes up to 600 mm².
