The AugaOne™ from ArgusEye is a sensor system that is meant to accelerate downstream monoclonal antibody process development by providing specific real-time and automated in-line data with high sensitivity, without requiring sample pretreatment. Utilizing a nanoplasmonic sensing technology platform, the system was primarily developed to support biopharmaceutical scientists and can handle complex samples such as cell culture and plasma, delivering data independent of matrix effects, cells, and temperatures. The AugaOne facilitates the automated control of a multi-column chromatography set up and features a modular design and in-line monitoring capabilities.
