The CC200-Tx Series from Metrio Sensors Inc. are VCSEL array boards that are connected to their own drivers. They can switch up to 100 MHz and include 435 lasers in a 17 × 29 array driven by three FPGA devices storing a separate waveform for each laser. Laser wavelengths of 680, 850, and 940 nm are available with individual laser output power of 2.4 to 6 mW, depending on wavelength. The boards are suitable for many solutions including lidar, communication, computing, scribing, measurement, display, and exposure among others.
