LED RINGLIGHT
Mar 1, 2003 — The Clar LED low-angle ringlight has been released by StockerYale Inc. It uses chip-on-board technology to provide low-angle diffuse lighting. Measuring 96 x 39 mm, the illuminator is suitable for applications such as inspection of ball grid arrays and location of packaging seals. It is sealed to IP67 standards in a dust- and waterproof black-anodized housing. The company says the ringlight, which is available in an OEM version, provides uniform, glare-free illumination.
