GARDEN GROVE, Calif., Aug. 10, 2016 — Very small fiber collimators from blues to NIR wavelengths are now available from Micro Laser Systems Inc., for the shrinking requirements of many biomedical and sensing applications. These collimators have a 2.4-mm outer diameter and generate a 0.6-mm collimated beam from singlemode fiber with low beam divergence.
