TLB-7102-02 Vantage
SANTA CLARA, Calif., June 30, 2014 — A new tunable blue diode laser from New Focus eliminates the need for second harmonic generation in atomic research. The TLB-7102-02 Vantage is tunable from 421 to 423 nm, suited for calcium ion trapping at 422.79 nm. It offers an output up to 10 mW at 423 nm. The laser has been developed for atomic research labs, and applications such as Bose-Einstein condensates, magneto-optical trapping and laser cooling experiments where the wide tuning and narrow line width are not required.
