Hesai Group Charges Forward with IPO Pricing: Week in Brief: 02/10/23
SHANGHAI, Feb. 10, 2023 — Lidar technology company Hesai Group announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 10 million American Depositary Shares (ADS), at $19 per ADS, for a total offering size of $190 million. Each ADS represents one class B ordinary share of the company. The ADSs are listed on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the ticker symbol HSAI.
