Indium, Metallic Resources Solder Joint Alloy Deal
Jun 26, 2007 — Indium Corp. of Clinton, N.Y., announced an agreement to market Metallic Resources Inc.'s Cobalt995 (99Sn 0.5Cu <0.05Co) Pb-free (lead-free) alloy, an alternative to SAC (Sn/Ag/Cu) alloys used in solder joints for standard wave-soldering applications.
