Summary of Position The Business Development Representative will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and securing new clients to advertise in The Photonics Marketplace. This role involves actively prospecting, qualifying leads, and developing strong relationships with potential advertisers Essential Job Functions Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Prospecting: Research and identify potential advertisers in the photonics industry, including manufacturers, suppliers, and service providers. Client Outreach: Initiate contact with prospective clients through calls, emails, social media, and networking events. Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain and manage a robust sales pipeline to achieve and exceed individual sales targets and company revenue goals.
