Basler Acquires Two Distributors

AHRENSBURG, Germany, Dec. 20, 2021 — Basler AG has acquired its long-standing sales partners DATVISION and IOVIS, both based in South Korea. The acquisitions are each expected to be completed Jan. 7, 2022. The transactions expand Basler’s direct business presence in Asia.

Alexander Temme, Basler’s chief commercial officer, said the company plans to merge the two acquired companies to establish a subsidiary with more than 50 employees.
