The deal marks the third design win with a major automaker for Innoviz and its first deal as a tier-1 supplier.

Earlier this summer, Innoviz and software-based image signal processor (ISP) technology company Visionary.ai partnered to improve 3D machine vision performance for a wide range of applications, including robotics, smart cities, and drones. Using Innoviz’s high-resolution lidar, the partnership will add 3D image processing to Visionary.ai’s advanced 2D ISP capabilities to develop and enhance a comprehensive 3D image of a scene.
