Phase One Transitions Leadership

COPENHAGEN, Denmark, Sept. 2, 2025 — Henrik Håkonsson stepped down as CEO of Phase One, a high-resolution digital imaging company. As of Sept. 1, Arne Dehn has assumed the role of CEO. Håkonsson will continue to serve on Phase One’s board of directors.

Dehn has experience leading technology businesses, recently serving as CEO of STEMMER IMAGING, a position from which he stepped down last month.

The company also appointed Casper Jensen chairman of the board. Jensen has leadership experience from Thrane & Thrane, Cobham, and, currently, as CEO of Danelec.
