Excelitas Acquires Phoseon Technology

WALTHAM, Mass., Feb. 16, 2023 — Excelitas Technologies has acquired Phoseon Technology, a designer and manufacturer of LED-based industrial curing and scientific illumination solutions. Phoseon joins Excelitas’ commercial business unit and will continue to operate from its headquarters in Hillsboro, Ore., extending Excelitas’ footprint into the Pacific Northwest. The acquisition of Phoseon is the fifth acquisition Excelitas has made since Excelitas itself was acquired by AEA Investors in December 2017.
