Brown named Warren Halbig director of operations for the company’s Engineering & Test Division, Caitlin O’Neill director of procurement, and Andrew Smith director of programs. GLASGOW, Scotland — Vector Photonics appointed Pavlo Ivanov as principal design engineer, responsible for laser device design and characterization. LUND, Sweden — Medical diagnostic company Immunovia’s president and CEO, Patrik Dahlen, notified the company’s board of directors he will step down from the roles. Dahlen will continue as president and CEO for six months. The search for a CEO will start immediately.
