Teledyne to Acquire Adimec

THOUSAND OAKS, Calif., Feb. 13, 2024 — Teledyne Technologies Inc. has entered into an agreement to acquire Adimec Holding B.V. and its subsidiaries. Adimec, headquartered in Eindhoven, Netherlands, develops customized high-performance industrial and scientific cameras. The move, Teledyne said, adds products, technology, and customers in health care, defense, and semiconductor and electronics inspection from Adimec that are complementary to its existing portfolio.
