Coating technologies include ion beam sputtering (IBS), Plasma Enhanced Chemical Vapor Deposition PEVCD), magnetron sputtering, and plasma assisted evaporation.

Our coating processes cover wavelengths from the extreme ultra violet (EUV) to long wavelength infrared (LWIR)
