Precision regulated constant-current laser diode drivers, compatible with 14-pin butterfly, TO-can and multi-emitter bar stacks and arrays. Drivers are DC-powered and compact, suitable for bench qualification of laser diodes, embedded OEM systems and field deployment. Various models are available, capable of generating sub 100 picosecond gain-switched impulses thru nanosecond and microsecond pulses.
