Reynard Corporation manufactures custom optics and thin-film coatings from 0.2 to 50 microns (UV-IR). Other in-house capabilities include diamond turning, optical fabrication, photolithography pattern optics, environmental testing, and design services. Prototype to production, ISO 9001:2015 certified, ITAR registered, and Cybersecurity (CMMC) compliant.

Optical coatings for precision glass and polymer optics, fiber optic devices, crystals, and semiconductors. Designs include optical filters, high power AR and HR laser mirrors, ultralow antireflection, enhanced mirrors, beamsplitters, transparent conductive coatings, LWP/SWP filters, antistatic, attenuation, and custom designs. ISO 9001:2015 certified.

Offers precision custom and high-volume coatings on glass, metals, ceramics, and plastics for automotive, defense, consumer electronics, dentistry, astronomy, utilities, lighting, and entertainment. Twenty-six vacuum coating chambers offer 40 million sq. in. of coating capacity, enabling high volume and large format coatings up to 108 in. in diameter.

Product line manufacturer of flex pivot bearings and flexible metal and super plastic couplings. Custom metal flexures and other metal precision components to customer specifications, as well as cryogenic transfer lines.
