Standard and custom photodetectors and high-quality VIS and IR LEDs. Our advanced performance sensors operate from the extreme ultraviolet to the mid-infrared. Photodetectors provide high-energy particle, electron, x-ray, and UV detection; plus excellent mid-IR sensitivity to discriminate gases, detect heat, sparks, and flames.

Designs and manufactures IR detectors for the 0.5 to 24 micron range. Products include InGaAs, Ext-InGaAs, InAs, InSb, PC&PV HgCdTe detectors, linear and 2D arrays with a wide range of detector cooling options for defense, security/safety, chemical and biological detection, semiconductor inspection, life science, and spectroscopy markets.

Supplier of avalanche photodiodes and modules (Si, InGaAs), IR detectors (InGaAs, PbS, PbSe, pyroelectric), photon counting modules, laser diodes and modules (different wavelengths and power), pulsed laser diodes (905 and 1550 nm), laser diode drivers, laser optics, spatial light modulators, polarizers, UV LEDs and glass filters.
