Request InfoPI (Physik Instrumente) LP, Motion Control, Air Bearings, Piezo MechanicsThe M-110 series translation stages, introduced by PI (Physik Instrumente) LP, provide linear motion of 5, 15 and 25 mm. The X-, X-Y and X-Y-Z systems can be combined with the M-116 miniature rotary stage and equipped with high-speed piezo drives for nanometer-precision scanning and positioning. The stages each have a 62 × 60-mm footprint and deliver 50-nm true minimum incremental motion. Customers can choose between lead-screw and ball-screw drives, and between closed-loop DC and stepper motors. Applications include photonics packaging, micromachining and medical technology.See full productRelated content from Photonics MediaPRODUCTSBioPhotonics Mar/Apr 2023 IssueCryogenic NanopositionerThe Rook™ cryogenic nanopositioner from Montana Instruments Corp. provides bi-directional, three-axis performance, giving users the flexibility needed to optimize sample motion.
