An extension to Newport’s XPS-series universal multiaxis motion controller, the XPS-EDBL features a 25-A peak current, +96-V DC voltage and up to 1000 W of continuous power. The driver’s electronics are fully protected with a 150-W power resistor to dissipate regeneration energy.
