The High-Power Strobe Bar Light from TPL Vision is a bar light engineered for ultrahigh-speed precision imaging, even at long working distances, for inspection accuracy and process efficiency within industrial and logistics applications. The light delivers 2.5 million lux at a 200-mm working distance, specially designed for machine vision cameras. It has an ultrafast 800-ns rise time, which allows it to synchronize with camera exposure and conveyor speeds, resulting in illumination stability at any throughput. The light can function in 24/7 industrial environments, in scan tunnels, high-speed sorting, and dimensional inspection, enabling pinpoint measurement, tracking, and verification of packages and components.
