Request InfoSynoptics Ltd.A software-controlled Z-stepper has been created by Syncroscopy to be used with Auto-Montage, its digital imaging system for optical microscopes. When used with Auto-Montage's integrated frame grabber, the Z-stepper automatically captures images from various focal planes and combines them, eliminating limited-depth-of-field problems. A new software function enables twice as many image slices to be joined into a single, detailed image, creating a 3-D model of a sample. Redesigned controls and a smaller box allow fast and smooth operation.See full productRelated content from Photonics MediaPRODUCTSPhotonics.com 6/12/2023Surface Analysis SoftwareThe Mountains® 10 surface metrology and microscopy analysis software from Digital Surf introduces new features and tools to enhance analysis capabilities.
