They have a typical responsitivity of 60 A/W at 880 nm and 0.005-A/W at 650 nm. The spectral bandwidth is typically 60 nm at 50%. Optical filters are not needed to block out visible light with the GaAlAs detector diodes in applications including industrial controls, proximity sensors for robotics, optical encoders and long-range infrared links.See full productRelated content from Photonics MediaPRODUCTSPhotonics.com 4/27/2022Longwave IR CamerasThe Ceres V 640 and Ceres V 1280 from Xenics BV are high-performance, longwave IR cameras that expand thermal imaging, sensing, and thermographic applications.
