The device contains three diodes, one for each color, in a 3.2 × 1.0-mm package that is compatible with automatic pick-and-place equipment as well as with infrared and vapor phase solder reflow processes. It can be mounted as either a top- or side-emitting device. The AlInGaP red, InGaN green and InGaN blue diodes have a typical intensity of 125, 300 and 75 mcd, respectively.
