Scanning Laser MicrometerLaserLinc Inc. has announced the TLAser103 scanning laser micrometer, a single-axis laser gauge for the inspection of small diameters.

The device can gauge small products such as fine wire or monofilament with diameters as low as 15 μm. An inspection speed of 1200 Hz/s is featured. It interfaces with SmartLinc processors for industrial communication between programmable logic controllers, human machine interfaces and other similar devices.

The device features Ethernet connectivity with a NetLinc interface.
