CHINO, Calif., May 10, 2011 — General Photonics has unveiled its PMDBuster PMDC-001, a multistage polarization mode dispersion (PMD) compensation module that can cost-effectively eliminate impairments caused by all orders – first, second and higher – of PMD in 40-Gb/s quadrature phase-shift keying systems.
