DUV Lasers Made with Nonlinear Crystals Enhance Lithography Performance
BEIJING, April 25, 2024 — Argon-fluoride (ArF) excimer lasers — deep ultraviolet (DUV) lasers emitting light with a wavelength of 193 nm — are used in lithography to create precise patterns.
