IMAGE ANALYSIS
Jun 1, 1999 — Version 6.0 of the Matrox Imaging Library (MIL) is available. New functionality includes bar/matrix code recognition and calibration modules, and a camera autofocus tool. Also improved are the speed, accuracy and robustness of MIL's pattern-matching capabilities. Matrox says search speed for target models rotated by any angle is now up to 20 times faster. MIL 6.0 makes image processing and analysis functionality available as ActiveX controls with the ActiveMIL bundle.
