About the presenters:
Mark Noschang is the applications engineering manager for robotics for Omron Automation, a provider of industrial automation and safety products. He started with Adept Technology in 1997 as an applications engineer and has more than 26 years of experience with robotics and vision applications in the automotive, medical, packaging, electronics, and food handling industries. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Cincinnati in electrical engineering focusing on systems engineering. Noschang is responsible for coordinating the robotics engineering efforts for Omron in North America focusing on training, feasibility studies, demonstrations, and proof-of-concepts as well as providing customer support and application development. He manages the Robotics Applications Engineering Group from the Omron Office in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Renato Osaki received a post graduate degree in automation and control engineering, and an MBA degree in marketing. He has 20 years of experience in the automation segment, where he worked in areas such as maintenance, development of special machine projects, sales, application engineering, and marketing. Currently, Osaki works at Omron as product manager for collaborative robots and frequency inverters. In his role, he is responsible for developing the marketing strategy for different types of industries, supporting the sales team with product and market knowledge. His favorite part of the job is building relationships with customers and other departments in the company.
