Request InfoElectro-Optical Systems Inc.Electro-Optical Systems Inc. has expanded its standard product line with the addition of silicon and InGaAs quadrant detectors for applications in beam tracking and in industrial control and precision alignment systems. The detectors are available individually in TO-style packages or in receiver modules. The receivers integrate a photodiode and a four-channel transimpedance amplifier, and enable the user to specify gain and bandwidth settings. The wavelengths are from 400 to 1100 nm and from 1000 to 1700 nm for the silicon and InGaAs modules, respectively.See full productRelated content from Photonics MediaPRODUCTSVision Spectra Winter 2022 IssueLine-Scan SystemChromasens GmbH has launched a machine vision system that detects cosmetic defects on silicon semiconductor wafers.
