The new generation LU0977M250-2002F41A uncooled pump-laser module is specified with kink-free power of up to 275 mW from 0 to 70 °C. The module operates without a thermoelectric cooler, and the uncooled operation greatly reduces the total power consumption of the module, Lumics said. It uses the very small mini-DIL package to operate over the 0 to 70 °C temperature range (Tcase). The operation power is specified with 250 mW.
