Power to 200 W, 200 µmDILAS Diode Laser Inc.TUCSON, Ariz., Feb. 5, 2008 -- Dilas has introduced fiber-coupled multibar modules capable of delivering up to 200 W out of a 200-µm fiber. Allowing clad-free coupling of the diode light at wavelengths of 808, 940 and 980nm, these fiber-coupled, multibar modules deliver 130 and 200 W through a 200-µm fiber with a numerical aperture of <0.22. The four- and six-bar designs are based on industry-standard optically stacked and polarization coupled single-conduction-cooled bars. Options include an integrated pilot beam, power sensor, fiber interlock or user- exchangeable protection window.
