Request InfoMKS/NewportIRVINE, Calif., Dec. 19, 2012 — Newport Corp. has introduced the next level of high-precision adjustment with the AJS series 254-TPI (threads per inch) adjustment screws. Providing a 60% improvement in sensitivity over standard 100-TPI adjustment screws, the company says, the 254-TPI design offers faster alignment and improved stability for its Ultima and Suprema optical mirror mounts and ULTRAlign precision positioning stages. The adjustment screws allow a full 12.7 mm of travel, are nonlocking, and are available with a knob or with a 2-mm hex key.See full productRelated content from Photonics MediaPRODUCTSPhotonics.com 4/27/2023Optical Time Domain ReflectometersThe D-Series of Optical Time Domain Reflectometer (OTDR) solutions from EXFO are advanced field testing tools that deliver highly accurate measurements to characterize and validate fiber links. ...BioPhotonics Nov/Dec 2023 IssueLarge Format OpenStandThe H275LMT from Prior Scientific is an extended travel motorized focus tower compatible with a variety of optical components, providing users with up to 150 mm of motorized focus travel.
