Cognex CFO Resigns
NATICK, Mass., Jan. 5, 2023 — Cognex CFO Paul Todgham has resigned from his position as senior vice president of finance and CFO, effective March 15. Todgham, who joined the company in 2020, will continue to serve in the role of CFO until the effective date and remain available to the company on a consulting basis after that time. Cognex is conducting a search process to identify a new CFO.
