The LC/LSC series InGaAs linear arrays are available with 256, 512 and 1024 elements on a 25µm or 50µm pixel pitch with pixel heights of 25, 250 and 500 µm. Standard wavelength range of 0.8 to 1.7 μm, a shorter range of 0.8 to 1.45 μm or extended wavelength range of 1.1 to 2.2 μm and 1.1 to 2.6 μm.
