Request InfoTRUMPF Inc., Laser Technology CenterTrumpf Inc. has unveiled a five-axis laser machine, the TLC 1000 Hybrid, which has a moving table in the X-axis and a cantilever Y-axis. The table accommodates parts up to 500 kg. The system’s configuration enables cutting and welding of 2- and 3-D parts, and an optional rotary axis performs tube cutting or welding of round parts. Features include a 5- or 7-in. cutting head and a work envelope of 118 in. in the X-axis, 65 in. in the Y-axis and 30 in. in the Z-axis. The B-axis is ±120°, and continuous rotation of the C-axis enables programming of parts via an off-line system. An optional...See full productRelated content from Photonics MediaPRODUCTSPhotonics.com 4/2/2024Flow Cell and Reflection StrobeThe ATR Flow Cell and near infrared diffuse reflection probe (shown) from tec5USA Inc. are 3-A certified and can be used for applications including spectroscopic analysis for food, feed, and...Vision-Spectra.com January 2024 IssueMultizone Time-of-Flight SensorThe VL53L8CX from STMicroelectronics is an 8×8 multizone time-of-flight ranging sensor that can be used for applications including human-presence sensing, gesture recognition, robotics, and...Photonics.com 4/28/2023Conformal Coating Automatic Inspection SystemThe TR7700 SIII Ultra CI conformal coating automatic inspection system from Test Research Inc. is equipped with an advanced optical design, multiphase lighting, and intelligent inspection algorithms...Photonics Spectra July 2023 IssueLaser Scanning Measurement SystemThe 3DS3000, a modular 3D laser scanning measurement and inspection system from Bold Laser Automation Inc. is designed for quality assurance processes.
