Request InfoonsemiOn Semiconductor Corp. has announced the AR0136AT CMOS digital image sensor, incorporating the company's first backside illuminated (BSI) sensor technology for the automotive imaging market. With a resolution of 1280 × 960 and 3.75-μm BSI pixels, the AR0136AT supports linear and high-dynamic-range modes in a single-chip solution. A maximum output pixel rate of 74.25 MP/s results in a frame rate of 45 fps at 960p and 60 fps at 720p.See full productRelated content from Photonics MediaPRODUCTSVision Spectra Autumn 2023 IssueCMOS Image SensorThe Snappy Wide 8K CMOS image sensor from Teledyne e2v is designed for logistics applications with large conveyor belts.
