These compact, thermoelectrically cooled lasers operate in single longitudinal mode and are available in powers up to 30 mW. They measure 40 × 40 × 140 mm and have a controller dimension of 69 × 25 × 153 mm. Beam divergence is less than 1 mrad, polarization is more than 300:1 vertical, and power stability is less than 1%.
