Request InfoPI (Physik Instrumente) LP, Motion Control, Air Bearings, Piezo MechanicsPI (Physik Instrumente) LP has announced the Q-632 piezo inertia drive rotary stage with a 30-mm turntable diameter and a 360° rotation range. The Q-632 delivers precision rotation with minimal incremental motion of 3 μrad in closed-loop operation and a velocity of 45° per second. The self-clamping motor design provides long-term power-off position-hold capabilities without the need for a brake. The stages are suitable for a vacuum to 10-6 hPa. The drive is 32 mm wide and 7 mm high, available in open- and closed-loop versions. Stick-slip drive motors are powered by the...See full productRelated content from Photonics MediaPRODUCTSPhotonics.com 4/14/2023Linear Translation StagesThe PIglide A-123 family of wide-body, high-accuracy linear stages from Physik Instrumente LP are low-profile precision positioning stages equipped with preloaded air bearings and integrated linear...Photonics Spectra October 2023 IssueCustom Air Bearing Motion SystemsCustom air bearing motion systems from Physik Instrumente LP are designed to enhance performance in various industrial applications such as photonics, medical design, aerospace, and semiconductors....Photonics.com 7/19/2022Stepper Motor Linear SlidesL-836 Stepper Motor Linear Slides from Physik Instrumente LP are motorized linear translation stages designed for multiaxis stacking with an optional linear encoder and a compact folded drive train....Photonics Spectra January 2023 IssueSteering MirrorsPiezo and voice-coil steering mirrors from Physik Instrumente LP are designed for free space optical communications.
