Gooch & Housego Acquires Constelex Technology Enablers
ILMINSTER, England, Dec. 2, 2013 — Gooch & Housego (G&H) Plc has acquired Constelex Technology Enablers Ltd., an Athens, Greece-based manufacturer of advanced photonic systems. The acquisition is the optical components and systems maker’s second in as many months.
